Question!



So, you made a decision to finally change something; about yourself, about something else in your life, whatever. You know that if you hang in there, eventually you'll see results. But then.. once you've started working on the problem.. some time has passed by, and suddenly you get a sudden urge to go back to your old, safe ways of living and screwing your new plan.. What do you do to stay motivated? How do you stay focused on your plan and sticking with it?
I need some advice, guys.. I'm desperate.

  1. why would you want to go back to your old that made you unhappy!? that's what I said to myself:) your "plan" should be your new lifestyle not just something you're forcing urself to do! usually it's hard in the begginning (to work out and diet), but it's worth it!! and don't skip any meals, thats not good for your body!

    Hopefully I can discipline myself to stick with this and not just make it a 'fase'. It's a change of lifestyle! thanks again :)
